You need our services for developments, technical integrations, updates.
Our Helpdesk service is at your disposal to process your technical intervention requests.
To benefit from this service, it's very simple:
- you subscribe online to a pack of intervention hours
- when you have support requests, you send them to us by email on firstname.lastname@example.org or via the shared Monday board
- we process your request and count the time spent on your pack of hours.
- we send you regularly or on request a statement of your available time.
- when your pack of hours is used up, you can renew it online.
- The more specific your requests are, the less time we spend! Think about it by checking your request carefully before sending it to us.
